About the Power Principle

In a nutshell, the Power Principle is a change in the way of thinking, feeling and doing things, for weight loss and general health and wellness.

There are many programs focusing on diet, on exercise programs, on motivation, but very few are successful in the long term. The problem is not that they don’t work, but instead they are focused on the short term goals and use the tools that may help to lose some weight or improve fitness, but without paying attention to the long term.

Other programs target specific aspects such as calories or time spent exercising. The problem is that these programs do not address the whole person and their global being and needs. This will ultimately lead to the Yo-Yo pattern of success and failure. This is the real challenge in our society, leading to further attempts and usually lack of belief in oneself and gradual deterioration over time.

I can personally attest to this, having started and temporarily doing well on the South Beach Diet, P90X and several others, which have served me well for the time being, but some time later ending up going off the program and returning to the problem of re-gaining the weight lost and losing the gains in fitness level due to periods of inactivity.

Imagine being at peace and accepting of your current self; as well as aware of your optimal, genuine, true self.
